During the past two semesters at Inigo Communications, I've had the opportunity to immerse myself in a genuine agency environment, collaborating with real-world clients. Serving as a vital member of the Account Team, I had the privilege of spearheading client relationships, notably with the United Airlines safety department. In this role as a coordinator, I led a team of 15+ members in delivering three crucial communication assets, including a comprehensive social media strategy and style guide, safety posters, and safety best practices.

As my current role of Account Director, I have taken charge of overseeing client relationships with prominent organizations such as United Airlines, Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, and Hero Digital. Managing a team of coordinators, I have provided expert counsel and guidance, resulting in the successful delivery of nine communications deliverables throughout the Fall of 2023.
