In March 2023, I had the privilege of participating in a 10-day International Business Forum in Bilbao, Spain. This immersive experience provided invaluable firsthand insights into the dynamic world of international management, the complexities of cross-cultural communication, and emerging global market trends.
During our time in Bilbao, our class had the opportunity to establish meaningful, professional connections. We formed relationships with individuals at Duesto Business School and had the privilege of engaging with professionals from diverse industries, including visits to prominent companies such as IDOM, Worköholics, and Management Solutions. This experience not only expanded my worldly knowledge, but also allowed me to wholeheartedly immerse myself in another culture, fostering personal and professional growth.

Through my position within Inigo Communications, I had the incredible opportunity to set aside textbooks and put into practice the knowledge acquired through my internships and classroom experiences. In my role as the Account Coordinator at Inigo Communications, where I managed the United Airlines account, I was entrusted with the responsibility of planning and executing a day trip from O'Hare International Airport in Chicago to Dulles International Airport in Washington, D.C.
During this project, our team was charged with the mission of capturing behind-the-scenes safety content. This included photographing and recording videos, as well as collecting testimonials from airport operations personnel as they carried out their daily duties, with a prominent focus on safety. This experience was truly surreal, offering me lessons in strategic planning, the power of effective teamwork, and the critical significance of professional communication in task execution.
